We offer two types of song selections and licenses:
1- Exclusive license: each track can only be licensed by a single user. When purchasing a track license, you will receive full rights to the track and an email with a download url (password protected) for a WAV file of the track (stereo, 24 bits, 48khz). The track will be removed from the site, so only the user who purchased it will have this track, no one else. Plus, all exclusive tracks are only featured here at this Wusik Premium page. We will transfer the rights of the track to the user, which will allow the track to be resold in any way possible.
NOTE: we do not provide multi-track files. The "Wusik Premium Preview" audible audio-watermark (heard in some previews) will be removed after payment of the license.
2- Non-Exclusive license: all tracks are public and can be licensed by multiple users. You can download the MP3 version of the track directly from the SoundCloud Widget. But in order to use it in any project/application, you must pay a license for each track you use. Multiple users can purchase licenses for a single track. The user will receive from us an email clearing the user/company to use this track. The user may not resell the track. We keep all rights of the track.
NOTE: we do not provide multi-track files.
In any license deal, there is no need to credit the track author or Wusik Premium, but feel free to mention our services when possible. Exclusive tracks can't be licensed as Non-Exclusive and vice-versa.

How to License/Order:
Select the tracks you want, double check the track names and write it down. Use our Contact Form to send the information of the tracks you wish to license. Be sure to include a valid email address so we can contact you back. We will then send a PayPal Invoice for the tracks license fees. Double check again all track names, we do not refund or switch tracks after payment has been processed and emails are sent. All sales for licenses are final, no returns.
Allow 24 to 72 hours for an order to be fully completed. If you do not hear back from us after that time, please use our support ticket system or our public forum. Sometimes the email we send to users gets blocked by anti-spam filters.
